Mr. Ricco is a third-generation Las Vegan and has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years since beginning his career with Nevada Title Company in 1989. He procured his real estate license in 1994 and focused on becoming a Land Investment & Development specialist. It was 1995 when Tony was a team leader in assembling private land holdings over five square miles which is now the Southern Highlands master planned community. Tony has successfully completed several land assemblages and land exchanges with Clark County Aviation within McCarran International Airport’s Cooperative Management Area.
Tony represents land owners requiring experienced and proper site-specific disposition marketing of their real estate holdings, as well as buyers needing site selection services for acquisitions within the Las Vegas MSA and Northeastern Clark County areas (Moapa, Logandale, Overton, etc.). His services include, but are not limited to, preliminary site evaluations, land use analysis, marketing, contract negotiations, and entitlement assistance (zoning, conditional use permits, tentative mapping, etc.). His special experiences also include land acquisitions & assemblages, and dispositions of private land holdings within BLM Disposal boundaries, and public lands managed by the National Park Service (i.e.: Lake Mead National Recreation Area).
