Donna is Broker-Owner of Today’s Realty, a Southern Nevada real estate company that represents the culmination of Donna’s leadership in the Southern Nevada real estate market since 1981. There, she has trained and managed hundreds of agents. As president of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (now known as LAS VEGAS REALTORS®), Donna represented thousands of REALTORS®. She served on dozens of committee and board positions. In fact, her peers chose Donna as GLVAR REALTOR® of the Year. Donna has also served on a number of statewide and national real estate committees and boards charged with regulating professional standards and fair housing practices. Donna was appointed by Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo to serve on the Nevada Real Estate Commission as a State Real Estate Commissioner, the board that regulates the real estate profession in Nevada; her three-year term began April 1, 2023.

She has also served as Governor’s Appointee on the State of Nevada Medical Examiner’s Board, Governor’s Appointee on the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Governing Board and President of The Solutions Foundation. In addition, Donna has volunteered and provided resources to numerous organizations to help the homeless.
